I’m a 34-year-old Canadian living in the Netherlands since 2020.
After four years of living here, I am able to speak Dutch! This thanks to several apps, courses, hours of self-study, and immersing myself in Dutch television shows, movies, music, podcasts, and YouTube videos. Having a Dutch boyfriend with a big family has also been a great help!
